1. Booking Cancellations:
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to skywayholidays106@gmail.com with complete booking details.
Refund eligibility will depend on the terms and conditions of the service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.) associated with your booking.
2. Refund Timelines:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–21 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation, depending on the nature of the booking and supplier policies.
3. Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services such as visa fees, travel insurance, and non-refundable hotel or flight bookings may not be eligible for a refund.
Any advance payments made for peak season bookings or special promotions may be non-refundable, as specified at the time of booking.
4. Deductions:
A service charge and any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted as per the supplier’s policy and our administrative costs.
Refunds will be issued only through the original mode of payment.
5. No-Show Policy:
No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services once the trip has commenced.
6. Amendments:
In case of changes to your travel plans, we will try our best to accommodate amendments as per availability and supplier policies. Any additional costs will be borne by the customer.
